Fathers Heart Ukranian Orphan Ministries. is a charitable humanitarian aid ministry from Chesapeake, Virginia. Fathers Heart has been founded and operated by David T. Daulton and his wife, Jane E. Active advocates of children with special needs for over 30 years, David and Jane have assisted over 1200 people through adoption. Every summer, we arrange a Short Term Mission Trip to Ukraine.
